Normalize Audio, Every Setting: LUFS, Presets, True Peak (Free)

Every setting of the free Audio Normalizer on a quiet meeting recording (-29.4 LUFS, peaks at -2.7 dBTP): the plan it shows before the run (+15.40 dB to reach Spotify's -14), the finished file measured again (-14.90 LUFS, Limiter engaged — and why the ceiling wins), the seven delivery presets, loudness vs peak vs RMS, the true peak ceiling and rumble filter, and a file already at target copied instead of re-encoded. Three jobs. Nothing is uploaded.

The Audio Normalizer, every setting, on a quiet 28-second meeting recording. It measures the file as soon as you drop it in (-29.4 LUFS, true peak -2.7 dBTP), shows the gain it plans before anything runs, and measures the finished file again. At Spotify's -14 the recording lands at -14.90 with "Limiter engaged": that much gain would have pushed its peaks past the -1 dBTP ceiling, and the ceiling wins, because a file that clips is worse than one a little quiet. Each preset sets a loudness target and its true peak ceiling: Spotify, YouTube and Amazon -14 (Amazon at -2 dBTP), Apple Music and Podcast -16, EBU R128 -23, ATSC A/85 -24. Measure by loudness, peak or RMS; cut rumble before the level is measured; and a file already at its target is copied instead of re-encoded. Free normalizes one file up to 50 MB and 15 minutes at 44.1 kHz; Pro adds levelling, loudness range, higher-quality output and batches. Nothing is uploaded.
