Extract Text from PowerPoint, every setting, on week one of a barista training deck built for the video: speaker notes, a hidden slide with the trainer’s quiz answers, a table, a chart, a picture with alt text, a link and an empty slide. At the defaults the text is there at once — 7 of 8 slides, 85 words — with the numbered agenda and bullets kept, the table as rows and columns, and the chart’s title, series and day labels, text most extractors leave behind. Speaker notes are off to begin with; on, they follow each slide or collect at the end. Include hidden slides brings in slide 5 (8 of 8). Tables can be rows and columns, one cell per line, or left out. Picture alt text and link addresses are there when you want them. Slide numbers are both a footer and a generated field, so both switches bring them in. A slide range (2–4) takes part of the deck, and Skip slides with no text drops the empty one. Download as TXT, Markdown, HTML, JSON or CSV, or copy. Every option is free, one presentation up to 100 MB at a time; Pro takes 50 at once. Nothing is uploaded.
