Photos to Video With Music — Every Setting Explained (Free, No Upload)

Every setting of the free Image to Video tool on four travel photos and one song: the defaults (3 s a photo, crossfades — 0:10, 3.4 MB, because crossfades overlap), transitions, pan and zoom (Zoom in: 5.2 MB), shape and framing (9:16 with a blurred background), captions, and Match slideshow to the music (0:20 to fit a 20-second track). Then three jobs: a reel, a trip set to a song, and a square post with hard cuts (0:12, 1.6 MB). Nothing is uploaded.

Image to Video, every setting, on four photos from a trip to Portugal and one song. The photos sit in a deck — drag to reorder, each with its own seconds on screen — above a preview you can play and scrub. The defaults give three seconds a photo with a crossfade between them: 0:10 of video, because crossfades overlap. Pan and zoom gives stills movement, at a cost in file size (3.4 → 5.2 MB). Shape picks 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 or 4:5; a tall frame with landscape photos wants Blurred background instead of black bars. Any slide can carry a caption. Drop a song in with the photos and Match slideshow to the music stretches every slide to fill it — here 0:20. Free builds from up to 30 photos (25 MB each) up to 1080p at 30 fps. Nothing is uploaded.

The photos sit in a deck: drag to reorder, and each one has its own seconds on screen. Above it, a preview you can play and scrub. On the right: timing, pan and zoom, shape, captions, the soundtrack and the export.

So: a reel, nine by sixteen with a blurred background. Music, match the slideshow to it. A clean post, square with cuts. Motion costs file size — use it where it adds something.

None of it left the browser. This is its own record of everything it fetched while all of that ran — not one request carried a photo.
